At Tongue In Peat Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • Please ensure that all items are unopened (with the button top jar showing as untampered), all jars in original packaging and condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products for health and safety reasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@peatd.com to request a return authorisation.
  2. Package Your Return: Carefully package the items you wish to return, including a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 6 working days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
