Ingredients
- 1 Packet of garlic toast slices
- 200g Peat’d garlic sauce
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet (150g) pepperoni slices
- Additional Peat’d sauce to dip
Method
Step 1
Cook the garlic toast, according to packet instructions
Step 2
Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each of 4 pieces of toast.
Step 3
Top with cheese, pepperoni, salami and remaining toast.
Step 4
Cook until crisp and cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes, turning as necessary.
Step 5
If desired, serve with additional sauce.
