It started with a question.
"Why does no one use peat smoking in food?"
Hannah spent 12 years in the whisky industry, where peat is used instead of wood to create a deeper, richer flavour. She quit to bring that same process into food — peat smoking tomatoes to create a sauce full of depth and character.
Using peat comes with responsibility. When no accessible way existed to support peatland restoration, Hannah created one.
We use peat. So we work to restore it — giving back more than we take.
