Ingredients
- Pack of tortilla chips
- Peat’d Chilli tomato sauce
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of coriander, roughly chopped 1 small red onion, finely chopped Grated cheese
Method
Step 1
Scoop out the avocado flesh into the bowl with the crushed tomato.
Step 2
Tip the juice of 1 lime, a handful of roughly chopped coriander and 1 finely chopped red onion into the bowl then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roughly mash everything together.
Step 4
Assemble the tortilla chips onto a plate with the guacamole, Peat’d Chilli tomato sauce then top it with cheese.
Step 5
Place in the microwave for 2 mins or until the cheese has melted.
