Ingredients
- 250g penne
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 jar Peat’d chilli sauce
- 500g smoked sausages
- 150g shredded mozzarella
- 75g cottage cheese
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions, at the same time, cook the sausages on a high heat in a frying pan.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, pasta sauce and sausage to cooked; heat through over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cook, covered, 2-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 3
Serve up, and enjoy!
